Ms. Duong graduated from UCLA School of Law and has over 20 years of immigration law experience. During her extensive legal career, she worked as an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm, managing immigration counsel at a global Fortune 200 company with 90,000 employees in over 70 countries, and a partner at a mid-sized immigration law firm.
She is a board-certified immigration specialist as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and was recognized as one of the best 100 immigration attorneys in California in 2013, 2014, and 2015 by the American Society of Legal Advocates.
Ms. Duong has also spoken at conferences and written for numerous publications sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as multiple other professional organizations. Her personal immigration history includes immigrating to the United States as a refugee, working in Japan on a temporary work visa, and traveling as a tourist to such countries as Barbados, Belize, Canada, El Salvador, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and soon Vietnam.
